Description
The qualification has been created to develop and reward the business managers of today and the future, and to continue to bring recognition and professionalism to the management sectors. It is envisaged that this programme will encourage both academic and professional development so that you learners move forward to realize not just their own potential but also that of organizations across a broad range of sectors. The 4 and 5 Diploma has a total equivalence of 240 credits.
The Level 4 & 5 Qualification provides comprehensive coverage of the issues, challenges and disciplines growth organizations or business start-ups face. Learners who want to make a success of their own business venture or to develop their skills in promoting or creating growth in organizations will gain significantly from this qualification.
The Level 4 Diploma in Entrepreneurship consists of 10 mandatory units for a combined total of 120 credits.

Assessment
To modern eyes, how students were assessed about half-century ago may look rather limited and repetitive. Assessment then, largely consist of a succession of relatively uniform essays or reports followed by a diet of end-of-year or final written exam papers. Learning outcomes of various units via submission of assignments / project work, is by far a better assessment technique. The process involves assessment of learners work internally and then finally assessing through external evaluators.
